Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily send a free replacement. If replacement is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 20 days.

Refunds are issued only in cases where the item is defective and a replacement is not possible and refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

 

It is crucial that the buyer records a video of unboxing for the parcel, it will greatly help approving refunds/returns and protecting both parties!
